Production/Warehouse Lead I - 3rd Shift Supervisor
Location: Andover, MA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Shift: Sunday Night - Friday Morning | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Are you an experienced warehouse or production professional with leadership experience? We are seeking a Production/Warehouse Lead I - 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising Production Associates and may provide oversight to other Production/Warehouse Leads. You'll play a key role in coordinating workforce activities, supporting employee development, and maintaining operational efficiency across the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support

  • Supervise and support multiple Production Associates  during assigned shifts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to team members.
  • May supervise and provide direction to other Production/Warehouse Leads.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.
Workforce Management
  • Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling to meet production and operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.
  • Monitor attendance and communicate attendance or performance concerns to the staffing agency and leadership team as required.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
Operations Support
  • Perform all duties associated with the Production/Warehouse Lead role.
  • Assist with workflow coordination to ensure production targets and customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the shift.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Reinforce proper workplace practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Support compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Prior leadership, lead, supervisory, or team coordinator experience preferred.
  • Must be bilingual 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and recordkeeping.
