Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be part of the Distribution Operations supporting warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, independence, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay Range: $19-$21

Shift: First shift (8am-4:30pm) Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Execute core distribution center functions including receiving, picking, shipping, and documentation
• Support warehouse operations such as stocking products, conducting cycle counts, and labeling
• Operate power equipment and RF devices to ensure accurate inventory management
• Assist in maintaining safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1+ years of related industrial experience or training
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED)
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office, RF devices, and Warehouse Management Systems is advantageous
