Urethane Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality urethane products, is seeking a Urethane Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Urethane Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Urethane Machine Operator

Location: Luck, WI

Pay Range: $19.75 per hour

Shift: 2pm - 12am, Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Safely perform entry-level urethane production and finishing operations to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Select and prepare materials, molds, tools, and equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Assist with mold preparation, cleaning, and setup to ensure efficient production flow.
• Perform material mixing, pouring, casting, and demolding of products, including finishing operations such as trimming and sanding.
• Conduct visual inspections of products for defects and record production data accurately.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work in an industrial environment.
