Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a USA|Process Operator/Crane to join their team. As a USA|Process Operator/Crane, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to learn and operate manual and powered equipment with precision, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA|Process Operator/Crane

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $23 per hour

Shift: 4 x 10 Nights (Friday - Sunday, 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM). Will need to train on First Shift (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Monday - Thursday for 2 to 3 months.

What's the Job?

  • Operate and maintain manual machines and processes such as mills, grit blasting, and rollers to support production requirements.
  • Run basic equipment including furnaces, air-flow stands, and spot welders while following established procedures.
  • Move products and equipment safely using forklift, crane operations, and hand trucks.
  • Operate air tools such as grinders and air hammers, ensuring correct setup and safe handling throughout each task.
  • Understand the impact of metal removal on future reuse of parts and perform work with quality and consistency.

What's Needed?

  • Pass an assessment to demonstrate hand skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Capability to operate manual machines (mills, grit blasting, etc.) and follow process instructions accurately.
  • Obtain crane and forklift license requirements for the role.
  • Ability to operate air tools (including grinders, air hammers, and polymer dispenser) as required by the work order.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs; willing and capable of working outside; able to be fitted with a respirator if required.
