Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking several Warehouse Associates on 2nd and 3rd shifts to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team supporting the efficient handling and organization of finished goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associates
Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Range: $21.80/hr + Some Overtime
Shift: 2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift- 11pm-7:00am
What's the Job?
- Operate strapping and banding equipment to secure finished products
- Stack and organize finished goods according to company standards
- Monitor product quality and identify damaged items or machine jams
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Assist in preparing products for storage or shipment
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bundles
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of measuring tools and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
