Logistics Associate II

Location: Eagan, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Logistics Associate II to join our warehouse team in Eagan, MN. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory support, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Picking and fulfilling customer orders
  • Repack picking and replenishment
  • Shipping small parcel and LTL shipments
  • Building pallets for shipment
  • Loading and unloading products using pallet jacks and/or sit-down forklifts
  • Receiving incoming materials and inventory
  • Stocking and inventory replenishment
  • Inventory cycle counting
  • Component sorting and warehouse organization
  • Performing general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
  • Supporting daily logistics and material flow operations
  • Following all company safety procedures and work standards

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or logistics experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment with varying noise levels
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and safety procedures

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse setting
