Warehouse Associate

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution and Packing team supporting order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, comfort with repetitive tasks, and the willingness to help across different departments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $15/hr

Shift: 6am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Take books off pallets and replenish shelves for pickers to pick orders, including stacking books on shelves.
• Remove books from the conveyor and pack them into boxes by scanning barcodes, printing labels, applying labels, sealing boxes, and returning them to the conveyor.
• Build and prepare packaging materials by making empty cardboard boxes for future orders and building pallets with shrink wrap.
• Support sorting and palletizing by sorting boxes from the conveyor, stacking pallets, and labeling boxes for the correct areas.
• When needed, assist with additional warehouse tasks such as moving pallets to the warehouse using pallet jacks and preparing “book of the month” pallets (1 book per box area).

What's Needed?

• Experience with packing and industrial packing tasks (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure labels, scans, and packaging steps are accurate.
• Basic computer knowledge to support scanning/label printing processes.
• Ability to perform repetitive work and frequent bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift.
• Willingness to help in multiple departments and job functions as workload changes.
