Warehouse Packer

Our client, Warehouse & Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting daily order preparation and shipment readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure products are packed correctly and safely.

Location: Spring Valley, NY

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Prepare finished products for shipment by wrapping, securing, and packaging materials according to shipping requirements.
• Remove completed merchandise from work tables and wrap each item using protective cardboard paper to prevent damage during transit.
• Pack finished products into appropriate shipping containers and prepare orders for distribution.
• Handle a variety of products, including larger or heavier items that may require team lifting.
• Count and verify merchandise quantities to ensure order accuracy before packaging.
• Weigh products as needed and confirm shipping specifications prior to sealing and labeling boxes.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow established safety and quality standards throughout the packaging and shipping process.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
• Comfort working with warehouse materials and following packing instructions carefully.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct wrapping, boxing, and shipment readiness.
• Ability to perform hand-packing tasks; no forklift or pallet jack operation is required.
• Ability to handle products safely with maximum lifting up to 25 lbs.
