Warehouse Associate – New Openings at a New Client Site!

Our client is expanding operations at a new distribution facility in Auburn and is actively hiring 5 Warehouse Associates for immediate openings. These positions pay $18-$20/hr and are Temp-to-Hire, offering the opportunity to grow with a new operation.

Typical Daily Duties:
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and shipped
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, accessible, and safe for employees and visitors
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while completing assigned tasks
- Assemble products and assist with inventory counts as needed
- Communicate with drivers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
- Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure loads arrive on time and in good condition
What We're Looking For:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer and paperwork skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Warehouse, dock, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience is helpful but not required
- Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed
- A background check will be required before starting position
