Pay Range: $20- 25 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Supports large customer with parts ordering and tracking, PO's, and all follow up communication
- Answer incoming calls, emails and walk-in's
- Provides excellent customer service for repeated business
- At least 1 year of recent experience supporting large volume accounts
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to take precise measurements and perform basic math calculations for parts ordering
- Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge
- Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
