Manpower is currently seeking a friendly and dependable Member Services Representative for our client in Hannibal, Missouri. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in a professional office environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Position Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service to members and customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Bank teller experience is a plus
