CWR-Specialist, Billing I

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a CWR-Specialist, Billing I to join their team. As a CWR-Specialist, Billing I, you will be part of the Billing Department supporting the transportation and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Specialist, Billing I

Location: Gainesville, GA

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM

What's the Job?

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Proactively resolve potential errors and duplicate billing issues
• Facilitate the billing process of orders to customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external transportation providers to gather necessary documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the billing cycle from carrier freight bill to customer payment

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics
• Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clear and organized information
