Data Entry SAP Clerk

Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring accurate processing of sales orders and updates within SAP systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Scottsburg, IN

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM 

What's the Job?

• Process and update sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage order changes related to Walmart customer accounts
• Utilize Excel for data entry and record keeping
• Communicate effectively through Microsoft Teams and other digital tools
• Maintain high standards of attendance and work independently to meet deadlines

What's Needed?

• Proven data entry experience with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not required
• Excellent attendance record and organizational skills
