Our client, a property management organization, is recruiting for a Leasing/Recertification Support Associate for a contract job. 
This role will utilize your skills working with  project-based section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs;  They are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

  • Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property. 

Job Title: Property manager with Recertification

Location: DC

Pay Range: Up to $30/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Strong knowledge and experience of project-based section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs;
  • High school education or equivalent;
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects;
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Knowledge of city, state, and federal programs and regulations;
  • LIHTC Certification, preferred
