Career Coach

Our client, a leading organization in workforce development, is seeking a  Career Coach to join their team. As a Career Coach, you will be part of the Career Services department supporting individuals in their journey towards self-sufficient employment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others.

Job Title: Career Coach

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Coordinate services to customers including the development and tracking of applications
• Work with local youth as they start their internship, teaching basic employment etiquette
• Monitoring and tracking a caseload of youth employees on an Excel database, ensuring all of the proper documentation is complete. 
• Mentor youth through the interview process

What's Needed?

• Valid Florida's Driver's License.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
