Our client, a leading logistics and freight solutions provider, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep II to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep II
Location: Logan Township, NJ
Pay Range:
Shift: Open availability for 8-hour shifts; Sunday will always be closed, but day off during the week could change if needed to support operations.
What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service
- Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What's Needed?
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory
