Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Pay Range:22.40

Shift: 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment properly and efficiently
• Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients, then combine them into blends
• Maintain cleanliness and good repair of equipment and facility
• Complete work orders and document batch records in accordance with cGMP standards
• Follow procedures precisely and complete training, including cGMP and safety protocols

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Willingness to follow procedures exactly and participate in training
• Basic understanding of safety and manufacturing protocols
