Shipping and Receving

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Receive goods by contacting delivery trucks, unpacking, and inspecting incoming parts
• Verify pack slips and accurately record items into the computer system using SAP
• Manage inventory records and ensure data accuracy in SAP and COUPA systems
• Make deliveries to designated drop locations and perform mail runs on property and using either a cart or forklift
• Prepare outgoing packages and coordinate deliveries with vendors to resolve discrepancies

What's Needed?

• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn SAP and COUPA systems through training provided
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for vendor and team interactions
• Reliable work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures
