Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Receiving Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Location: West Jordan, UT

Pay Range: $18.00 an hour

Shift: Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Properly place products within the warehouse according to supervisor guidelines.
  • Pull, inspect, and pack products for delivery, supporting physical inventory verification.
  • Check orders, process basic paperwork such as weight and freight costs, and label hazardous materials correctly.
  • Operate motorized carts and forklifts, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What's Needed?

  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related fields.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds of material.
  • Proficiency in order picking and forklift operation, with a willingness to obtain forklift certification within 60 days.
  • Strong dexterity for grasping items, data entry, and using digital tools.
  • Steel-toed boots are required for safety compliance.
