Our client, a global Energy and Digital Technology organization, is seeking a DevOps Engineer III to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer III, you will be part of the IT / Digital Infrastructure organization supporting software development, lab, cybersecurity, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, effective cross‑functional communication, and a proactive automation mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DevOps Engineer III
Location: Melbourne, FL (On‑site)
Pay Range: $64/hour


What’s the Job?

  • Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployments
  • Enable safe, repeatable deployments across development, staging, and production environments
  • Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes
  • Implement security and reliability controls (secrets, IAM, rollback, monitoring)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and release reliability

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Hands‑on experience automating deployments via CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes or cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of deployment strategies (blue‑green, canary, rollback)
  • Experience with secrets management and secure deployments
  • Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and systems mindset
