Electrician

Our client, a leading organization in the electrical services industry, is seeking a dedicated Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance and installation operations supporting various electrical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Melbourne, FL

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

• Measure, cut, and bend wired and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
• Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts, and reassemble equipment, using hand tools
• Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections, using hand tools

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical degree or certification preferred
• 1-5 years of relevant experience required
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
