Sr ISC Project Management Specialist

Our client, a leader in defense and aerospace industries, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sr ISC Project Management Specialist to join their team. As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the Contracts and Procurement Department supporting large-scale government programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr ISC Project Management Specialist

Location: Tempe, AZ

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate proposal and contract execution activities for large-scale government programs
• Develop and support material negotiation strategies in alignment with customer contract awards
• Partner with internal teams to support customer negotiations and program execution
• Interface with government customers to support audits and contract award activities
• Support and engage key program suppliers as required

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal & Contracts, Business, or Finance
• U.S. Citizenship due to contractual requirements
• Strong understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycle
• Experience with FAR Part 15 subcontracting and defense industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and lead cross-functional teams
