Test Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and testing, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $26.1

Shift: First shift - MON-FRI 6:45am-3:15pm

What's the Job?

• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures
• Document and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actions
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols

What's Needed?

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a test technician or similar hands-on technical role
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

¿En qué consiste el trabajo?

• Realizar pruebas diagnósticas y solucionar problemas en sistemas, componentes y dispositivos
• Colaborar con ingenieros para analizar datos de prueba y determinar las causas raíz de fallas
• Documentar y comunicar hallazgos, resultados de pruebas y acciones correctivas
• Mantener y calibrar el equipo de prueba para garantizar precisión y fiabilidad
• Ayudar en el desarrollo de procedimientos y protocolos de prueba

¿Qué se necesita?

• Diploma de asociado o certificación técnica en electrónica, tecnología de ingeniería o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente)
• Más de 2 años de experiencia en un rol técnico práctico similar
• Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis
• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos, esquemas y especificaciones
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo
