Controller - Direct Hire,
Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to excellence and growth, is seeking a Controller to join their team. As a Controller, you will be part of the Finance & Accounting department supporting the company's financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Controller

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Oversee and manage the company's accounting functions and financial reporting activities. Is a department of 1 and a hands on position & involved and responsible for all functions
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits, reviews, and other financial examinations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing accounting and financial management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments is preferred.
