Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a People & Operations Business Partner to join their team. As a People & Operations Business Partner, you will be part of the People Operations division supporting regional leadership and functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: People & Operations Business Partner
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $40.86/hr.
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Act as the primary People & Operations partner for your region, building trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and teams.
- Develop and execute the People Operations roadmap, setting goals, identifying priorities, and tracking progress aligned with corporate strategy.
- Manage employee relations cases with a sense of urgency, providing support and guidance to regional teams.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration, leave management, workers’ compensation programs, and safety initiatives to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience supporting multiple locations or regions.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic and operational HR programs in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Experience in process improvement, leveraging HR systems and technology to optimize workflows.
