Role Specifications & Compensation

  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night shift; days vary, includes every other weekend)

  • Deliver high-quality, efficient emergency interventions within a modern, 35-bed department managing an annual volume of 46,000+ patient visits.
  • Partner seamlessly with an elite interdisciplinary team of board-certified physicians, mid-levels, and dedicated ER support staff.
  • Take advantage of fully covered, advanced clinical education and specialized certifications, including TNCC, ENPC, and PALS.
  • Apply evidence-based practices to manage high-acuity patients safely and effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee or compact multi-state license required prior to start date).
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of recent, dedicated emergency department nursing experience.
  • Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS required. Ability to obtain TNCC, ENPC, and PALS within 6 months of hire (fully covered by the facility).
  • Skills: Strong clinical resilience, advanced triage communication, rapid assessment capabilities, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
