Pay Rate: $24/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Off Fridays; Every Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and other approved collection methods
- Perform specimen collection, processing, and preparation following established procedures
- Complete clinical and forensic collection duties with confidence and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation
- Verify patient information and ensure specimen integrity throughout the collection process
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and professional environment
- Promote a positive image with patients, clients, employees, and the public
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
- One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Strong customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
- Keyboard and data entry experience required
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call schedules based on business needs
- Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
