Position Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various types of production machinery
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for optimal performance
• Assemble components according to technical specs and blueprints
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Conduct quality checks on parts and finished products
• Troubleshoot machine and assembly issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals

Requirements

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
• Diploma/GED or transcripts required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
