Assembler Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler Operator

Location: Burlington, WA

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: Monday-Thurs Morning shift

What's the Job?

• Producing parts and accessories used for fans and dehydrating products used for floods and other natural disasters
• Removing/ shaving excess plastic from formed casings
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work and stand for a full shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
