Job Description:
Becton Dickinson is hiring Assemblers to join our team in Sumter, SC. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices. You'll also operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and rotate between various tasks. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility in shift assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test medical devices following quality specifications.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on the production line.
• Rotate between tasks as needed, adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to use measurement tools (e.g., microscopes).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible to work extended hours and varying shifts.
