Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Op-Winding/Twisting to join their team. As a Machine Op-Winding/Twisting, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Op-Winding/Twisting
Location: Peru, IN
Pay Range:$16
Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Operate winding and twisting machinery to produce quality products
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues to supervisors
What's Needed?
- Credential requirements: 100038, 100006
- Ability to work on 1st shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
