Manual Lathe Operator

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Manual Lathe Operator to join their team. As a Manual Lathe Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manual Lathe Operator

Location: Somerset, PA

Pay Range:  $17+ based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with Saturday shifts available

What's the Job?

• Operate manual lathe equipment to produce precision parts
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a manual lathe independently
• Steel or composite toe boots required
• Dress code: jeans/shorts & t-shirt (comfortable, vulgarity-free)
• No drug or background checks required
• Open to candidates with minimal or no prior experience
