Manufacturing Line Loader Off Loader

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated manufacturing specialist to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Manufacturing Associate

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: 5pm - 1:30am, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime
Must Train on 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including etching lines, heat rolls, bonding, and inspection stations
• Load and unload lightweight automotive parts efficiently and safely
• Perform inspections and reset alarms to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Complete minor paperwork related to counts and production logs
• Support multiple areas within the production process, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience, preferably in quality control or assembly
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Mandatory overtime availability
• Steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required
