Operator 1, Machine

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Operator 1, Machine to join their team. As a Operator 1, Machine, you will be part of the production department supporting night shift operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator 1, Machine

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Night Shift (Monday - Thursday, 8:45pm - 7:15am)

What's the Job?

• Manually packages kits ensuring accuracy and quality
• Performs cleaning functions to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Tests and inspects parts for in-process quality checks
• Trains other team members on operational procedures
• Accurately completes paperwork and documentation

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions effectively
• Proficiency in English, with basic computer skills and ability to read charts and diagrams
