Our client, a leader in the sheet metal manufacturing industry, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Pay Range: $26
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions for custom setups
- Install hardware and ensure proper hardware insertion during production
- Understand and execute complex and semi-routine assignments with limited supervision
- Maintain safety standards and ensure the work environment is safe and clean
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hardware insertion and blueprint reading
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions
- Good basic oral and written communication skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
