Production Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to support production goals.
• Gather, record, and analyze production information to optimize processes.
• Perform repairs and retests for products and manufacturing facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the use of machine control systems and ensure their proper operation in manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and verify manuscripts for machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge and experience with principles, procedures, and routines in manufacturing environments.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a structured, team-oriented environment.
