Production Associate

Our client, the food production industry is seeking a Production Associate I to join their team. As such, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting quality control and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate I

📍 Location: Hartford, CT 06114
💰 Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: First Shift / Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 📌 OT required

Work Environment

🌡️ Cooler environment maintained between 45°F - 55°F
🥾 Steel-toe or composite-toe boots covering the ankle are required

​​​What's the Job?

• Grade product for quality control, ensuring standards are met
• Repack cases into smaller increments for shipment
• Assemble boxes, label, stack, and prepare packages for dispatch
• Clean and sanitize work area following safety and sanitation procedures
• Adhere to safe quality food (SQF) standards during production

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• No prior experience necessary; training provided
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a cooler environment (45-55 degrees)
