Production Specialist

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Specialist to join their team. As a Production Specialist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Specialist

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: Second M-F 2:00p-10:30p

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as required.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
• Willingness to adhere to company rules and procedures.
