Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the distribution and handling of merchandise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $21-$23 

Shift: 3rd / Night, 6pm-2:30am, Sunday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Assist in moving boxes on and off conveyor belts to ensure smooth workflow
• Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks to facilitate merchandise handling
• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials accurately
• Fill requisitions and prepare products for shipping to distribution centers or departments
• Perform tasks under general supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency in a climate-controlled environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without equipment, typically around 25-30 lbs
• Closed-toe shoes and jeans (no tears or holes)
• 0-3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Familiarity with standard warehouse practices and procedures
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
