Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth handling and movement of merchandise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $22.86

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 6PM-2:30AM

What's the Job?

• Moving boxes on and off conveyor belts to facilitate efficient processing
• Using equipment such as electric pallet jacks to assist with merchandise handling
• Receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials
• Filling requisitions and orders accurately and promptly
• Packing, crating, and shipping products to distribution centers or departments

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without equipment, typically around 25-30 lbs
• Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable working in a dry, climate-controlled environment
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to safety standards, including wearing appropriate footwear
