Weekend Night Production Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Weekend Night Production Associate to join their team. As a Weekend Night Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Weekend Night Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: Friday - Sunday 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to ensure smooth production flow.
• Gather, record, and analyze production data to support operational improvements.
• Perform repairs and retests on products and manufacturing facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the use of machine control systems and ensure proper operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and verify documentation for machine control systems to support manufacturing processes.

What's Needed?

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and routines in manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
