Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Temp Assembly Associate to join their growing team in Burlington, WA. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we'd love to connect with you!

📍 Position Details

Job Title: Temp Assembly Associate
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
✨ Enjoy three-day weekends with potential overtime opportunities on select Fridays.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same! You'll play an important role in bringing industrial products to life by:

✅ Assembling and fabricating components into finished products
✅ Performing mechanical assembly and basic electrical wiring
✅ Testing, inspecting, and ensuring products meet quality standards
✅ Kitting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
✅ Following production schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines
✅ Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
✅ Working alongside a great team to meet production goals and improve processes

🛠️ What Makes You a Great Fit?

You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone with the right attitude and skills:

✔️ Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination
✔️ Experience using basic hand and power tools
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
