Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in automotive drive systems, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production team supporting manufacturing and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: 18.00

Shift: 2nd shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm; 3rd shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am

What's the Job?

• Operate semi-complex machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production standards
• Perform changeovers on equipment following detailed instructions
• Conduct TPM checks and activities to ensure equipment reliability
• Carry out quality assurance testing and inspections

What's Needed?

• Previous machine operator experience, preferably with CNC machining
• Ability to read gauges and interpret technical data
• Experience with robot operation is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime and stand for up to 7 hours
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
