We are seeking Machine Operators AND Assistant Machine Operators to work in a fast paced and growing organization in Oshkosh, WI. You will be integral to supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. No Experience - NO Problem and Willing to Provide Training

Job Title: Machine Operators and Assistant Operators Needed

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $24.00+ per hour / Depending on Experience

Shift: First and Second Positions are Available

What's the Job?

• Perform routine machinery operation and setup under supervision
• Operate production machinery according to provided prints and specifications
• Maintain logs and records of units produced for quality tracking
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation

What's Needed?

• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to interpret and understand job specifications for machinery operation
• Fundamental understanding of production equipment or quick learner
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic record-keeping skills and safety awareness
