  (Final pay rate determined after onsite interview based on experience and role specifics.)
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Candidate Preferences

• Construction or landscaping.
• Assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Operating woodworking tools and performing detailed repair work.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect & Repair Products: Perform quality inspections on doors, identify defects, and repair them using tools like glue guns, palm sanders, chisels, and more.
• Execute Production Tasks: Restack and move materials, align door stacks, and help in various stages of production to minimize delays and defects.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure production meets company and customer standards by paying close attention to details and making repairs when needed.

Physical Expectations:

• You should be comfortable lifting, sliding, and flipping materials up to 80 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, and manual tasks are part of the role.
