Production Line Specialist (Winder)

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the packaging industry, is seeking a Production Line Specialist (Winder) to join their team. As a Production Line Specialist (Winder), you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Specialist (Winder)

Location: Greenville, WI

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: Straight Shift 10hrs - 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday) with sometimes on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Review job orders to determine the appropriate equipment and materials to be used.
• Set up and operate winding machines, adjusting angles, tension, and adhesive application for optimal production.
• Verify product specifications such as outer diameter and core thickness, documenting measurements regularly.
• Operate tube saws, ensuring proper blade selection and precise cuts for quality output.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth line operation and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
