US - Production Associate

Our client, a leader in the production industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: US - Production Associate

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Set up machines to specification and fill and label products.
• Clean and sanitize equipment between orders to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Read and understand batch reports to ensure accurate machine setup.
• Verify batch weights and quantities through mathematical calculations.
• Assist in training new employees and performing competency reviews as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in a food plant and forklift operation required.
• Basic math skills are essential for verifying weights and quantities.
• Ability to be on your feet for 60% - 90% of the day.
• Willingness to work in a facility with minimal temperature control.
