Our client, a well-established, family-owned utility/construction company supporting projects across the Bangor region, is hiring a Class A CDL Operator for an immediate opening in the Bangor area. This position pays $24/hr and is a direct-hire role offering year-round stability, a teamwork-driven crew, and a strong focus on safety and long-term growth.

Typical daily duties:

• Operate commercial construction equipment such as dump truck and trailer to transport materials to/from job sites
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, basic checks, and report maintenance needs promptly
• Safely load, haul, and unload materials while following jobsite and DOT safety expectations
• Maintain accurate driving documentation as required (logs, tickets, delivery/haul paperwork)
• Support the crew with general site tasks as needed while keeping a strong safety mindset

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (required)
• Ability to safely operate a dump truck/trailer in construction/jobsite environments
• Strong reliability, teamwork attitude, and commitment to safe work practices
• Comfort working outdoors and around active construction equipment and crews
