Experienced Fish Processors NEEDED

Our client, an industry leader in seafood processing, is seeking a Fish Processing Packaging professional to join their dedicated team. As a Fish Processing Packaging associate, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the efficient and safe handling of fish products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Fish Processing Packaging

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Range: $20.77

Shift: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm 

What's the Job?

• Assist in the initial processing of fish in the raw room, including cutting and trimming fish using knives and machines.
• Operate and support the fillet machine, ensuring proper loading and quality standards.
• Trim and prepare fish on the trim table, removing blood spots, bruising, and other imperfections.
• Remove pinbones using pinbone machines and manually pull out remaining pinbones as needed.
• Skin fish with skinning machines and prepare fish for curing by placing them on racks.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a wet environment while wearing protective gear such as plastic aprons and gloves.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Criminal background check with a 7-year clearance as required by county regulations.
