Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Harrison, AR

Shift: First shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM)

What's the Job?

• Assist in the assembly and production processes on the manufacturing floor
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Support team members in daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willing to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to pass a drug test (Oral - 5 Panel)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
